This digital 3D microscope allows the inspection of materials and combines observation, image capture and measurement functions while offering an on-screen interface that facilitates visualization. This state-of-the-art equipment guarantees a great depth of field, greater than that of optical microscopes. It is designed to make quick sample observations from all angles. It overcomes the limitations of conventional optical microscopes and offers advanced functions thanks to integrated image processing.
