Description of the instrument
This CVD evaporation system in a double glove box allows both CVD deposits (metals, organic compounds) and characterization of the deposits formed while remaining under an inert atmosphere. The deposition system is equipped with 4 sources + 2 sources dedicated to organic compounds.
