Interfacing microsystems and nano-biomaterials

The IT department of the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) is looking for a candidate for a position as professor of microelectronic engineering – Interfacing microsystems and nano-biomaterials.

The candidate must hold a doctorate in the field targeted by the position. This person must demonstrate excellent research skills in the field of materials and processes for microelectronics, particularly around the themes of interfacing and interconnection between microsystems and nano and biomaterials, 3D integration, advanced packaging technologies and other methods of integrating heterogeneous components. She must also have an interest and aptitude for teaching, and this at the three cycles (bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate). As UQAM is a French-speaking university, the candidate must have an excellent command of the French language.
