Equipment for nanomaterials

New equipments

Since the beginning of April, the NanoQAM research center has made it possible to use 4 additional equipment for free access. This equipment belongs to Pr. Ricardo Izquierdo and is dedicated to the characterization and manufacture of nanomaterials.

Instrument properties

These four equipments are:

  • 1 MBraun MB20G Glove Box (for 2 users),
  • 1 Delta Ohm OLED characterization system,
  • 1 Lithography system: Karl Suss MJG3 mask aligner,
  • and 1 metal deposition system by evaporation.

Future uses

As with all the other equipment supported by the NanoQAM Research Center, people interested in using these four equipment must first undergo training with Ms. Marianne Crépel.
