Job Description

The NanoQAM Research Center is currently looking for a maintenance and repair technician to take care of the maintenance of part of its infrastructure.

Attached to the technical manager of the NanoQAM research center:

You will implement checks of the vacuum systems present in the laboratories (mechanical and diffusion pumps). You will provide regular maintenance and repair of the pumping systems (oil change, use of repair kits). You will be in charge of the orders necessary for this maintenance. Finally, you will ensure the training of users and their proper use of these vacuum systems.

You will ensure the regular maintenance of the systems under controlled atmosphere (clean room and glove boxes) by the control and the regular change of filters, gloves, O-ring, etc … You will be in charge of the orders necessary for this maintenance. You will also ensure the training of users and their proper use of systems under controlled atmosphere.

You will participate in the installation of scientific devices: preparation of the various controls, valve, connections and evacuations (gas, water and electricity). You will also be required to make electrical and / or electronic repairs to the parts or equipment that are missing.

Finally, you will also be responsible for the design and development of small applications under Labview for the control and data acquisition of certain scientific equipment.
