( ( 4% + 4% ) * 0.6666 ) );margin-right: 4%;'><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"background-color:#ffffff;border-bottom:8px solid #25afb4;padding: 50px 50px 50px 50px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\"><div class=\"fusion-text\"><h4>Publication<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p>Les travaux effectu\u00e9s par une \u00e9quipe de quatre professeurs (Thomas Szkopek, Guillaume Gervais, Richard Martel et <a href=\"https:\/\/nanoqam.ca\/wp\/equipe\/mohamed-siaj\/\">Mohamed Siaj<\/a>), inter-disciplinaire (chimie, physique, g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique), inter-universitaire (McGill, UdeM, <a href=\"https:\/\/uqam.ca\/\">UQAM<\/a>), et \u00e9galement inter-regroupementaire (RQMP\/CQMF) viennent d&rsquo;\u00eatre publi\u00e9s dans le journal <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.aps.org\/prl\/\">Physical Review Letters<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux concernent les r\u00e9sultats de leur \u00e9tude sur l&rsquo;effet Hall quantique dans graph\u00e8ne hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep sep-none\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:40px;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><h4>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p><strong>Effet Hall quantique dans le graph\u00e8ne hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9:<\/strong> L&rsquo;effet Hall quantique est observ\u00e9 dans un gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons bidimensionnel form\u00e9 dans du graph\u00e8ne hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle millim\u00e9trique, avec une mobilit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10 cm2 \/ V \u00b7 s et le param\u00e8tre de trouble Ioffe-Regel correspondant (kF\u03bb) &#8211; 1\u226b1. Dans un champ magn\u00e9tique nul et \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, le graph\u00e8ne hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9 est isolant avec une r\u00e9sistance en deux points de l&rsquo;ordre de 250h \/ e2. L&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un champ magn\u00e9tique puissant g\u00e9n\u00e8re une magn\u00e9tor\u00e9sistance colossale n\u00e9gative, avec une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 deux points saturant \u00e0 moins de 0,5% de h \/ 2e2 \u00e0 45 T. Nos observations sont coh\u00e9rentes avec l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un espace induit par des impuret\u00e9s dans la densit\u00e9 des \u00e9tats de graph\u00e8ne. L&rsquo;interaction entre la localisation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons par diffusion de d\u00e9fauts et le confinement magn\u00e9tique dans les cristaux atomiques bidimensionnels est
