Les \u00e9paisseurs des couches obtenues peuvent \u00eatre comprises entre quelques nm \u00e0 plusieurs um. Cet instrument permet d&rsquo;op\u00e9rer \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de 20\u00b0C \u00e0 650\u00b0C et des pressions de 1 \u00e0 100 torr.
