Software Selection

1. Click the Select Experiment icon in the NanoScope toolbar. This opens the Select Experiment window, shown in Figure 1.

2. Select Electrical & Magnetic in the Experiment Category panel.

3. Select Application Modules in the Experiment Group panel.
4. Select Scanning Spreading Resistance Microscopy (SSRM)in the Select Experiment panel.
5. Click the Load Experiment button.
6. The Feedback and SSRM panels, shown in , in the Scan Parameter list display the SSRM control parameters.
